During the busy holiday season, sometimes our restaurant operators will have special hours.
For example, let's say you are open for a special set of hours on Christmas Eve from 10AM - 2PM with your regular hours being 12PM - 12AM. These steps will show you how to set that up!
- Access dashboard at dashboard.loman.ai. On the left, click on Settings.
2. Scroll down until you see the Holiday Hours button and click "Add Holiday Hours"
3. A new box will appear. Click on the "Add Slot" button to set custom hours. These hours will be your OPEN hours for that respective day. You can have multiple sets of hours and also create date ranges.
4. After you are done setting up your custom Holiday Hours, click "Add Holiday"
This will override the Kitchen hours set on Loman, but so please make sure your POS kitchen hours also have the same availability. That's it, you're done!
