We strongly encourage you to report any dissatisfactory calls in your dashboard. This will allow us to adjust internal settings on your agent and how it understands your menu to improve its performance. This is a guide on getting this information to our technical and support teams.
1. Navigate to your "Calls & Orders" page
2. Click on a call to open its details
3. Hit "Report Call" at the bottom. Select your issue topic and give us some details.
Examples:
Topic: Order taken incorrectly
a. Details: The agent took an order for a cheeseburger combo but did not ask for the user's choice of side. Choice of side should always be asked.
Topic: Order allowed an unallowable thing
a. Details: The agent took a request for a gluten free pizza, but we do not have gluten free crusts available.
Topic: Technical issue
a. Details: The agent seemed to hang up the call before the user finished their request
Topic: Order sent in wrong
a. Details: The agent confirmed 2 large pepperoni pizzas for the user, but 2 medium pepperoni pizzas were printed on the ticket
