With the holidays right around the corner, being able to schedule a temporary shut off to your agent’s ordering-hours is an important feature. We’re excited to share that this tool is now available on your dashboard!
To access it:
Go to dashboard.loman.ai and sign in.
Select the Settings tab on the left.
Under the General section, scroll down until you see the Activate Temporary Closure toolbox.
From there, you can easily set or adjust your agent’s schedule as needed. You can customize the Closed Hours Greeting as well. Example below is showing a shut off from 10/08/25 - 11/29/25.
The agent will continue to answer calls and handle questions as usual, so you can rest assured you’re in good hands!
