- Setting the correct fallback number - in the event, you need Loman OFF, it's of paramount importance we have a viable and working fallback number.
- Setting up action triggers - (i.e. SMS links (delivery, reservations, catering etc), keyworded call transfers (lost and found, complaints, private events etc).

Item Upsells - Loman is here to help increase your ATS (average ticket sale)! Our Support team can help add upsell prompts to specific items/categoriees. Typically, the best items to upsell ones are ones with highest margins or popularity.
i.e. Upsell chicken wings with every pizza purchase.
- General agent issues - (i.e. agent is looping, not reading menu correctly, etc)
